"It was perfect for an event at Raymond James."

The home was lovely. Wonderful attention to detail and immaculately clean.

My only recommendation is to provide some candles or ant spray for the wonderful backyard.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos online. Spacious accommodation for 4 people with 2 full bathrooms. Very clean and well kept. Close proximity to many amenities and attractions. Definitely somewhere we would return to!

The home itself was a hidden gem, though the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit more rugged than the listing suggested.

"Overall, the house was great ffor the weekend."

I thought the host did a great job with communication and the property was very nice. Extremely nice touches that included coffee station , snacks, games, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Backyard and front porch were both very nice.

Wish we would have known a fraternity house was next door.
