Newly Renovated Apartment Lisbon

Very nice, clean apartment, good-sized bed, bathroom really clean, when the windows opened during evening, the temperature was good for sleeping.

The keys were connected from an app. I had to share my personal email to gain access to the app that I had to download to access the apartment. I was under a false impression that the place had an AC so that was the only problem as it was really warm but the fan worked just fine.

Wir waren schnell in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Besichtigungen.

Wir hatten Kakerlaken (ist nicht die erste Bewertung mit Kakerlakenproblem, der Vermieter behauptet allerdings er hätte davon noch nie gehört) in der Küche/Wohnzimmer und im Bad. In der Straße selbst ist im Juni Straßenfest und entsprechen Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Die Musik ist extrem laut (hört sich an als wäre die Party in unserem Zimmer gewesen) und wir konnten keine Ruhe finden. Leider hat uns der Vermieter nicht im Vorfeld in irgendeiner Form darauf hin gewiesen. Wir haben Ruhe in einer guten Lage gesucht und mussten stattdessen durch Menschenmassen, um zur Wohnung zu kommen. Es wäre schön gewesen, vorher einen Hinweis dazu zu erhalten. Es gibt nur eine große Bettdecke. Die Treppe ist extrem steil, Vorsicht also für Menschen, die bezüglich Koffer tragen etc. nicht mehr ganz fit sind. Der Vermieter hat erst am Tag der Abreise auf meine Beschwerde reagiert und hatte auch keine Lösung. Er behauptet, er hätte noch nie was von den Kakerlaken gehört und von der Party wisse er nichts. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man die Lage der Wohnung einschätzen können sollte. Zumal das Fest exakt in der Straße war und nicht in irgendeiner Nebenstraße. Unserem Wunsch aufgrund von Kakerlaken und Party vorher auszuziehen, wurde leider nicht entsprochen.

We connected the owner and he open the door from afar, then as the door opened 3 cockroaches ran at us so we got scared, shut the door and left while informing the owner about the situation in real time. We had to find a new hotel last minute and pay for another stay. We also complaind to booking customer services and we are looking for a refund. The whole dialog with the owner was a shame and we would write a real feedback about our bad experience on the website.

Super-schönes neu renoviertes Appartement! Man muss zwar in den 2. Stock hoch laufen, aber die Lage und das Appartement sind traumhaft! Für den Zugang muss man eine App herunterladen, die dann prima funktioniert hat :-) Absolut empfehlenswert!

Le calme, la propreté, l'emplacement, la réactivité de l'hôte pour nous ouvrir la porte que nous n'arrivions pas avec l'application. Logement très agréable

Application d'ouverture de porte qui n'a pas fonctionné et impossibilité de regarder la tv car la licence n'est pas à jour. Pas de réponse de l'hote malgré plusieurs message.

Super Lage in Santos, einem kleinen süßen Viertel ohne viel Trubel aber nahe von süßen Cafés, kleinen Supermärkten, der Innenstadt und Metro Stationen, netten Bars und Restaurants … und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Nachts hat man gar nichts gehört da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ohne Autos liegt und zudem das Schlafzimmer zur Innenseite liegt. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr neu und sauber! Es gibt eine Wäscheleine zum aufhängen von Handtüchern zum Hof , Herd und Küchenausstattung waren super.

morgens, wenn andere Gäste geduscht haben, hat irgendein Wasserboiler Geräusche gemacht . Ansonsten war alles super
