The rooms are private and the neighborhood is safe.

I wish there were elevators. Im traveling with elderly parents and it was hard for them to go up and down four flights of stairs

Close, quick rideshare distance to Toluca airport. Staff answers promptly 24/7

Unusual floor plan, shower in a separate chamber from sink/toilet. Shower has no trays to place bottles/soap so I had to place along floor. Spacious room but lacks wall outlets to charge devices. Third floor no elevator, thankfully I just had one backpack.
