The Little Airport Getaway

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible welcome I received upon my arrival in Alaska. This state is already breathtaking, but you made it even more special. The tourism department should pay you extra for creating such a fantastic first impression on your guests. Everything was perfect during my stay. The coffee was delightful, and that little champagne bottle was exactly what I needed after a long day of flights and changes en route to Fairbanks.

Very cozy and clean apartment, we felt at home from the first moment. Amazingly quiet given the airport is near. Plenty of good locally roasted coffee available. Fast internet. Very comfortable bed.

As the weather was extremely hot for Alaska, the place was a bit warm to sleep at night. But the outside garden was great to sit in in the evenings and opening windows at night did cool the place down a bit. But surely in normal weather conditions this issue would not be there.

The location is practically across the street from the airport. It is a perfect location for a late arriving flight. The place is very cozy and clean. The host is excellent with communication.
