The fact that they didn't change the burnt bed sheets and charged me 35 dollars without my consent...bs jive ass worker!

Right from the start that check-in the lady upfront was not very helpful or friendly to accommodate any kind of needs, and she was just simply rude throughout the whole process. I almost felt that if she was single and me and my family out the next morning when I try to extend the room, she said it was a company policy for a damn not to be able to extend the room by us having to check out and check back in because it was there policy.

It had a broken ac part and there was food in both the refrigerator and freezer, ice packs in the sink from the previous guest.

USThe room smelled like a cigarette ash tray! My eyes burned just walking into the room. Overall clean but the smell was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I had to sleep with a towel over my nose just from getting migraine and burning from the smell. For the price this place was not worth it.
