A fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need a real home from home, spotless clean and great location.

Not a thing it's the best apartment I have ever stayed in, and I hope to return.

Location and amenities in property

0 communication. Noone spoke to us from the start to the end. Address was wrong, we had no idea where to go or who to contact. Apartment is smoked through!! Impossible to breath.

Location is the best of this house. Building is new and elevator is working just fine (apartment is at the 6th floor). Apartment is big enough for 3 adults. We haven't use the kitchen but it seems new and clean. They let us check-in 2 hours earlier than the announced time.

Communication was very hard with the owner/handler; I couldn't get a response from them (on booking.com, WhatsApp etc.) until 18 hours left to my check-in. It was a stressful time for me. Thanks to Booking.com support team, finally I got the instructions for check-in. After cleaning was completed (which was OK, not good), the lady, who gave us the key, toured us the house and show us around briefly. She just asked us the fee but more than what was announced on Booking.com (approximately 5 Euros more). I showed her my itinerary and price I should pay, she showed me a text message she received from owner/handler which was said more. I was way too tired and sleepy after a long trip thus I didn't argue about it and paid what they asked for. Even if the windows were open, there was a distinct and heavy cigarette smoke in apartment and it didn't vanish during our stay. We got used to it after a while, but it was not nice. These two points were our biggest disappointments for this apartment but are not the only ones. It is really related with your expectations, mine was not meet completely.
