They didn't confirm the room .. they tell us they don't know how to make confirm through booking online 😕 I tell you the manager. But he told through booking .com .they take more commission extra thats why the didn't give room to the customer . And if need to confirm the room they ask as to cancel the booking and need to pay more cash .. I booked for 64$ and they ask me more including another service charge .. this is very bad thing you guys do to me and also I will never book any more with booking.com even I also tell to my all friends and nears to. .. I tried to contact the customer service but no response
