Comfy bed, nice location

The room smelled like cigarette, like a lot!! I m a smoker, but that room was stinking!! We decided to pay more and have a nice room for a night, but it turned out been worse then other cheaper places we stayed in bangalore.. Also night club music next door super loud till late night

Reading rtings from pevious gusests i had an opinion of what i was to get and i was not surprised. the receptionist was curt but was helpful. he inquired asfor how long i was going to stay when i had made A RESERVATION AND EVEN PAID IN FULL for the stay. the housekeeping staff was very nice. i had A problem with insufficient hot water in the shower and was attended to promptly. it was flowing well thereon. the location is perfect with easy access to major commercial areas. the rooms though required cleaning needed a full clean up at least once during our stay of 6 nights. all in all we had pleasant sty in Bengaluru.

Breakfast was too good!! Location was good. Entry was not good and rooms were constricted with washrooms needed more repair. Staff was very cordial and very nice.
