A disaster. Avoid this scam. I booked a room at Kibagabaga, asked for adress (which is wrong in booking), then they informed me they are full, but they didnt want to cancel the booking, so I had to go to another facility, which was much further away, and they didnt even offer me a ride so I had to take the motos with big bags. They said that next day we were going to be moved to Kibagabaga, but then they drove us to another facility which was in completly different part of town. Room i booked was supposed to have AC, terrace with garden/pool view, but the rooms they placed us in had neither. This is a complete scam, they ask you to take a photo of reservation, then they write their own review. AVOID.

"My stay in Kigali"

The location is good, rooms are big and clean, the only issue is the shower. It is not easy to hold the power swits and when the water comes, sometime it is too hot. They need t fix that. Everything else is good. Staff are very friendly
