The politeness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very lovely and helpful

Hair on the floor on entering, there was no kitchenette as stated on the booking, slow shower pressure, had to upgrade and pay extra as the original booking didnt have the available facilities stated, no aircon in any rooms, no sofa in the rooms to sit or lounge on unless you upgrade and it was on the balcony, lots of issues with ants, sockets not working and jammed & broke my new charger, unsafe fan with live cables on show, hair on towels.
