"WORST EVER!"

My nephew got bitten by a viper less than an hour after checking in! JPAM confirmed that it was one of the most dangerous snakes! And the snake attacked my nephew at the main route to the tent upon loading our belongings, not even near the bushes! Worst thing, the staff there did not do anything other than panicking! Other guests helped to call the JPAM and tried to call the ambulance but when asked the premise’s address, the staff said he dont know! We asked where’s the nearest clinic, he said there’s no clinics nearby! We had to rush to Hospital Bentong ourselves! Luckily we bumped into a patrol car and they escorted us along the 1 hour journey with the worse traffic due to hari raya haji balik kampung! The staff? Didn’t help at all! They dont have emergency procedures, no contingency plans, no empathy at all! There’s no visible signage to alert us on the wild animals of all sorts! By the way, upon our arrival, all the staff were busy streaming on Tiktok, and one of the lady staff was even smoking cigarettes despite it was in dining area and kids were everywhere! WORST SERVICE AND PLACE TO STAY!

I had a fantastic time during my stay at the camping tent! The site was clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature, which made for a very relaxing escape. The tent itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a proper bed, clean linens. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and they provided everything we needed. Recommended this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful glamping experience!

"Good short stay as it is close to nature and short drive from KL."

cycling around the camp site. wish there are more bikes to share. BBQ is a good experience, RM60 is worth paying.

The river near by is smelly and not clear, no sight of live fish, probably contaminated. nothing to do with hotel.

Very helpful & friendly staff name Balqis. Fast svc, I update about shower leaking & staff immediately repair. So many activities to do & my kids love it. Complete kitchen utensils just bring raw food to cook. Breakfast provided so delicious
