Got locked out someone had put the chain lock on door which needs to be removed grazed arm from inserting arm through letterbox to release chain, no hairdryers in either of the apartments, no clothes rail , no forks and scalded arm as hot water was far too hot advise to apply heat restrictor to avoid anyone burning themselves Shame as great location & apartments would be perfect if problems were sorted

Bed was comfy

There was no tv remote so had no tv for whole stay. The host promised to bring one but obviously lied. The place had it seemed just been refurbed but was unfinished in place. The standard of the refurb was awful. The hallway was a serious trip hazard as the floor was missing. There were also no fire strips in the door frames which must be illegal. There was a mirror that was tied together with tape and looked like it was falling over. The wardrobe was also very rickety. The electric heater in the room did not work either and the cold that came in through the large window was just bearable.

We liked the cleanliness and the facilities that were offered such as kitchenette and washing machine.

We were told that we would be able to have access to an iron. However, upon reaching our apartment, we did not find one available. We asked the customer service who gave us incorrect information about where the iron would be located. They also gave us incorrect information regarding the WiFi in the guest booklet. It would be beyond 100% if the iron facility was available. Beyond that, if there could be a dryer available too that would be Awesome.

It was clean and centrally located.

The corridor leading to the room had flooring ripped off and the wooden planks had nails sticking out of them, it was a hazard. TV had no channels on and was unable to connect to the WiFi. No instruction card in the room mentioning about the amenities available or how to connect to the internet. Wardrobe had no rod to hang the clothes. I liaised with the owner, who promised to fix it next day, but never heard back from anyone! Had to use chairs to hang my clothes, not ideal.
