LTIt was very cozy and clean
At first it was hard to contact the owner but later everything was good

CHA spacious apartment in a very good location. It was handy to have a washing machine.
There were quite a few fruit flies in the kitchen and some silverfish in the bedroom.

ILFantastic apartment ideally located! We enjoyed everything about it - comfortable, spacious, clean and contains all the facilities, including a capsules coffee machine and some chocolate. Good communication with the owner, who allowed us to keep the luggage in the room for a few hours after check-out. In the building's basment, don't miss the Folk Club Ala! On Saturday night, in particular, it is a blast. Yet the apartment stays surprisingly quiet with its windows closed.

AT- Friendly and flexible host : we needed early check-in and late check-out and both were possible, they were also super responsive when we had a problem getting the heating to work. - Self check-in : getting the keys was easy and uncomplicated - Very central location in the old town, in a lively street - The flat is very large (2 toilets) and well-equipped (TV with Netflix, brochures about Riga) - Fair price
- It wasn't very clean : we found hair, party glitter and dust on the floor, there was hair in the shower drain. The surfaces in the kitchen and the glasses in the cupboards were mildly greasy/smudged so we washed them again. - The windows of the living room are located on the street, and there's a bar nearby so it got somewhat loud in the flat on Saturday evening/night. We could sleep but only with earplugs.
