The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. A receipt will be provided upon check-out. To eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please note that breakfast is charged for children of 3 years and older. Kitchenware has limited availability and is lent out to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. From 24:00-07:00, guests must use a PIN number provided by the hotel to enter the building. The hours of operation for each open-air bath is as follows: - Rooftop open-air bath with a view: 06:00-9:30 and 15:00-24:00 - Private semi open-air bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.) - Private spa bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.) Extra Japanese futon bedding can be provided at an additional fee.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
