USThese rooms are exceptional! Built just like a good hotel with one of the most comfortably soft beds I've had in a long time. Ignore the bad reviews! The people here are kind and hardworking, the neighborhood was quiet, and the bathrooms are professionally cleaned twice a day - that's more than many hotels and motels! I didn't expect this quality did this price in a converted house, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are literally working to improve every day as maintenance can be seen making improvements and expansion quietly on premises all the time. It strongly reminded me of the many house-inns common in Europe. This was cleaner and more comfortable than many places and AB&Bs, I've stayed
The heated floors were a bit soft and strange to walk on but didn't cause issues. The location was a bit far to walk from the main part of Anchorage but that can't be helped
CZVery good common kitchen, we have not seen anything unsafe (as would some online booking comments suggest)
The duvets on the bed were not covered by the cover. This means, unless you use own sleeping bag, that you use same duvet as anybody before and after you.
USThe privacy, the organization, they provided everything we needed. It also was very clean.
Maybe for the summer time have darker curtains to block the light from outside. Besides that we enjoyed our staying.

USProperty was easy to find, parking was along the street as it is a private home, owner didn’t specify where to park. Neighbourhood was safe and quiet.
2 common toilets shared with 6 units - amenities were used up and was not replenished ie toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Toilet was not well maintained - lots of hair that were not cleaned.

Run down and dirty. Rooms were upstairs and no elevator. Shared bathrooms.
USNothing, we felt very unsafe and left. We did not stay. We had to book another hotel room for the night
The area is a very unsafe area, very dirty and run down. I believe other people in the house were using drugs.
