We stayed for 3 nights.The rooms were beautiful and clean. Room service was on time each day. Staffs were very kind and warm. Food was good. Will highly recommend. Kids enjoyed too

⭐ 1 STAR – THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER If I could give zero stars, I would. UNHYGIENIC Walked into a room that clearly wasn’t cleaned properly — found hair from previous guests. Not exactly the “welcome” anyone expects. DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE They assumed we were foreigners and served us plain nasi instead of the nasi lemak we ordered. Apparently, accuracy depends on how you look? ZERO COMMON SENSE The door was faulty, so we requested a room change. The excuse? “Fully booked.” Funny, because the entire floor looked completely empty. SAFETY? NON-EXISTENT We had to spend the night with a damaged door, using a chair just to feel somewhat safe. A hotel where you have to DIY your own security system is unacceptable. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL When we raised concerns and requested a refund, they filed a complaint against us instead. Instead of accountability, they chose deflection. FOOD THAT SHOULD NOT BE SERVED The buffet looked decent on the outside, but once opened — still frozen, undercooked, and even slimy. Completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. Overall: Poor hygiene, questionable service, safety issues, and terrible food. This place should not be operating at this standard. Strongly do not recommend.

I like the size of the room and ofcourse the bed. i had a good stay.

All good except the carpet. it seem a little bit dusty.

It was clean and close to Legoland in JB

On arrival, they’d given away our room and it took more than 20mins to check in once we’d resolved by suggesting they give us a different type of room. They then gave one of those rooms to someone else, who let themselves in to our room! Key cards didn’t work, maintenance had to be called, the staff had no support from management to resolve issues.
