Rumah bersih dan selesa dengan aircond dalam setiap bilik. Lokasi rumah dalam lorong jalan, bukan tepi main road jadi kurang bising. Ambil kunci rumah pun mudah sebab letak dalam kotak disediakan jadi boleh check in bila-bila masa.
