Die Lage, die komfortablen Zimmer und die Ausstattung.

Die Vermittlungsfirma Ventus! Uns wurden Anteile an der Kaution nicht zurückgezahlt um Profit daraus zuschlagen. Vorsicht! Unsere Gruppe wurde für dreckige und beschädigte Wände verantwortlich gemacht. Es wurde gesagt das wir erst die zweiten in den Apartments sind was nach Sichtung der ganzen Gebrauchsspuren kein Sinn macht. Die Wände waren schon zuvor dreckig und das sieht man auch an den anderen Apartments. Uns wurden wiedermal falsche Infos mitgeteilt: die Wände werden gereinigt und neu gestrichen. Nach Sichtung vieler Stunden später war dies nicht der Fall und neue Gäste können wieder in diese Falle tappen!

Alles war sehr modern, super ausgestattet!

wir waren mit einer Gruppe dort und so kann es auch mal ein wenig lauter werden. 100 M entfernt wohnen einheimische. Das Ordnungsamt hat nicht lange auf sich warten lassen.

We were the first guests, so the accommodation was beautifully clean and the location was also very good considering the shuttle bus access.

On the very first day we found that the apartment had an unplugged hob and hot air oven. We alerted this via the booking app, however the repairman did not arrive until the last day of our stay.
