"Disappointing"

I booked the hotel, and have a guest, but the guest name was put at main booker instead of me. I suppose it is just because i am a foreigner and my guest was a japanese. But even tought, in my opinion it is not right to act like that. Breakfast was correct but very simple, only Japanese style breakfast.
