Great location. Lovely host. Highly recommend.

Nice view of Kalk bay and lovely and close to the town so you can just walk in.

There were no blinds on the skylights. We were therefore woken very early each morning by the sun. I could not quite believe it. You can only only access the property through the garage using a special key. This didn’t cause too much problem for us. That means you can’t go out separately. The details on booking are confusing. We actually stayed in the top floor apartment which does not have access to the pool But it does have a parking space.

Generous size, facilities and the contemporary design of the accommodation helped to make this a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Can’t fault any aspect of the accommodation.

Everyone who has the possibility to visit beautiful Kalk Bay should stay in Jeans stunning Dragon Tree Guesthouse. We loved it!

The location and view of Kalk Bay is fabulous! The property is well secured in a lovely neighborhood. The bed, bath and shower were outstanding. The kitchen facilities are limited; however, with all the great restaurants in Kalk Bay, who wants to cook. Jean was a wonderful host. She gave us direction as to what to do and where to eat in Kalk Bay. I would return to this property and recommend it to travelers in Kalk Bay.

The host was so very lovely Jean could not do enough for us. Felt very welcome and really enjoyed the decor modern clean and stylish. My Husband liked the bath so much he looked into where we can get one the the same for our house. Thank you for making part of our honeymoon so special

Sink to wash up in the kitchen area we had to wash up in the bathroom which was a little odd. This is the only thing we did not like though the rest was amazing

Amazing location - beautifully well kept property. felt very secure and very homely. Jean was an absolute delight - providing clear and detailed instructions for accessing the property, but what made it really special, was doing a hike with Jean around in the surrounding mountains - was a highlight of the trips. Jean also gave great advice on the best local restaurants

Nothing that I didn’t like - but just a couple of small remarks: It would have been a nice touch to have shampoo and conditioner (perhaps a luxurious local SA brand) the shower gel / soap was decanted into nice bottles - but you couldn’t see the brand - having shampoo. conditioner, shower gel and a hand wash from a good SA brand - would have been a great touch. Having a local guide to the area in the room of things to do and restaurants to eat at - would have also been a nice idea.
