Rooms were really really tired Don't book the family cottage as it's really broken, worn, poor quality and not clean.

Breakfast was very ordinary

Reception staff do not help u, no proper WiFi, far off location, costs for commute goes up becos of location, rooms aren’t cleaned everyday, no intercom, guests need to go for everything to the reception, staffs aren’t very helpful. Overall,morphed reviews and disappointment after reaching the place. Pl check for packages for island hopping and other activities outsides. Don’t go with the pamphlets provided in the hotel. We ended up paying 2k bhts more for our phi phi trip as compared to our other companions ,just becos we stayed here.

where do I start ? sadly neglect is the major culprit, it was probably a good hotel but staff have no guidance , everything is tired, gardens are a dust bowl , most things are broken , bets are really hard and uncomfortable. I could go on but its not worth the effort

Restaurant staff kept getting the order wrong.

We loved the area, the beach was not crowded, it was clean, the longtail boats created a beautiful foreground for the ocean view. The breakfast was OK, and other food we ordered from the menu was yum. The staff was very friendly. The bungalows were beautiful and quaint.

I had a beach front bungalow, my bed was a little hard for my liking. They were doing renovations to the beachfront bungalows, so the first day was a bit noisy. They were also doing pool renovation. Certainly cant control the wildlife, but if you get a beachfront bungalow, you may have wildlife visit your roof, which can be somewhat noisy through the night.
