The owner relocated my in-laws to a bigger and nicer room since the shower was broken. Great communication before and after the booking Rooms are new and well equipped No parking buy easy to find around the property Very conveniently located to explore the surroundings

WiFi was inconsistent across the rooms The boiler in the ground floor could make some weird and loud noise during the night

The room was wonderful, spacious, very light, with a large comfortable bed and a great bathroom, and with a functioning aircon. Location is nice, a few minutes walk from Lago Maggiore, with a little beach, and across the road there's a solid restaurant.

A fridge would have been excellent. Also, the shower drain was clogged so the first time we showered the bathroom (and part of the living area) flooded. A minor inconvenience, but it does bear mentioning. The owner has said she would have it looked at.
