USThis is a cute and comfortable suite in a quiet neighborhood. There were several small offerings provided by the host. When I did have a concern, the host quickly and accurately replied.

The towels were limited, with only 1 face cloth. The water in the shower never got warm so showering for the stay was not pleasant.
USI would definitely recommend this place to stay! The unit is next to a home in a quiet, nice neighborhood in Valrico. It is easy to get on any major roads to go into Brandon, Tampa, or Orlando. There is a parking space right in front of the door to the unit, which is behind a privacy fence. The unit is completely private from the house and has no other entrances besides the locked, private outside entry. The apartment was wonderfully clean, nicely updated, and had a cute, modern feel. Really I can't overstate how clean this apartment was, upon entering there was a fresh scent and everything was free from any dust or dirt. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom and fans throughout kept the place nice and cool and we were able to set the temperature to our liking. The kitchenette was great with a small stovetop, toaster, microwave, and k-cup coffee machine. There was also a full size fridge with a freezer and basic necessities like flatware, dishes, and pots and pans. The bathroom was a good size with a spacious shower and basic toiletries provided. All of the linens were perfectly clean and bright white. The wifi worked well and there is a smart TV with access to streaming apps. The host was very responsive and kind. We greatly enjoyed our weekend here and would stay again!
