Alsalos Sea View Apartment

Location was far enough away to have easy free parking, but close enough to walk to old town. Large apartment with washer. Balcony provided good enough view. Couch was big enough to sleep on

Bed felt like a water bed (very unstable, not due to softness). Lights were on wires that were extremely low in the livingroom and bedroom, right at eye level. When we expressed to the host that the toilet had a lot of spray when flushed on the low setting and asked for cleaning supplies, they stated that we could go buy some. We have stayed at 5 other places in Greece on this trip and this was the only place that required that we check in at a specific time to meet the host at the location otherwise we wouldn't have a key to get in. Host also did not mention that the beach that is nearby is not good for swimming due to the fish that bite. (Water also caused a rash for both of us). Also, one of the bathroom hand towel holder was not secure and fell off even after we tried to fix it. Told host with no response.

The apartment was roomy and well located. The old town was to the right and a beach was to the left. Well equiped with the essential equipment. A great balcony. The owner met us there and let us in and showed us the features of the unit. A great place to stay for a visit to Chania

The location was lovely. The host met us with the keys. They communicated very well and were very accommodating when we had questions or needed assistance.

Area was a bit noisy due to construction next door but a stunning view of the sea.

The property is located perfectly between the beach Nea Chora and Chania old town. You can easily reach the beach in 5 minutes walking and the old town in 10 minutes, which is amazing. Giorgos is a great host, he gave us a warm welcome and was always available to answer our questions and to give us tips. The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated and fully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, we loved to prepare some of our meals there. We travelled with a 10 month baby and Giorgos was kindly arranging the baby bed and high chair. We rented a car and parked in the street around the property. Sometimes there was no space, due to the public swimming pool, but we could easily park in a parking lot nearby. As a family, we had a great stay in the apartment and can only recommend it! Thank you Giorgos and see you next time we’re in Chania!

A unique apartment, well located, a few minutes walk to the old town and parking under the window. Sea view from the window, beach 2 minutes walk. Lovely hosts :) The apartment is fully prepared, the first time I met there was a first aid kit, threads, etc.. Thank you very much!:))))
