NEW-Downtown Apartment lll

The apartment is close to the center with a new, thoughtful renovation. Fully equipped. With an incredibly comfortable mattress in the bedroom. With a separate workspace. With great wi-fi. Despite being very central, the street is very quiet. You can reach Tbilisi botanical garden 15 minutes by foot. The host is responsive and polite. In touch at this place all the time. We would love to stay here again.

Worth every penny, beautiful place. The pictures do it’s every bit of justice . Very easy to check in and the host was super accommodating, responding to anything you need very fast. Definitely coming back here whenever I’m in Tbilisi.

Many thanks to the owner who did all that they could to help us enjoy our stay in Tbilisi. The apartment has all you will need with fully equipped kitchen, all the facilities and amenities, softest beds and especially amazing location. It was in the very center of the city and at the same time in a very cozy and cute neighborhood. We could hear Birds chirping in the very center of Tbilisi 😀. eating places was within walking distance. We took GIorgi’s helpful advice and enjoyed local food. We really loved our time there. I’m a frequent traveler to Tbilisi and this one of those cases was quite outstanding! We were welcomed warmly by Giorgi. Communication with him via whatsapp was amazing! Very well equipped (kitchen, appliances, washing machine etc), excellent bed! I would highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Tbilisi.

... What to say about this apartment, beautifully decorated, welcoming, large, comfortable, with all cooking utensils, soap/shampoo. Nothing was missing, we felt better than at the house in this exceptional apartment located in the center of the pretty city of Tbilisi.

This place was amazing. Nicely Decorated. It was comfortable and very spacious. We walked to all the major sightseeing sites. Facilities were very close to the apartment. I would definitely start there again when visiting Tbilisi!!!!
