Breakfast was great: homemade cakes, local breads, fresh cappuccinos, freshly squeezed juices. The rooms seem very recently renovated and were beautiful and decorated with beautiful antiques. Overhead skylight windows that you can open, lots of fluffy and soft towels with washcloths. Property is beautiful and Giulio has many sweet pets that are well-behaved. He takes pride in his property. He even acted as translator on WhatsApp for us when we had some language boundaries.

Great views and surroundings, the room had everything we needed, the style was very nicely done with regards to the place’s history. Everything was super clean, the host Giulio was super helpful, great hospitality.

it's one of the best BnB I've ever stayed at. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful farm, but just 20 mins away from Catania downtown. The overall design style is elegant, room space is prefect, breakfast is really impressive, the home made lemon cake was really amazing. The owner was very enthusiastic about sharing the concept of his B&B with us. don't forget buy a few jars of homemade organic jam to take home. I will definitely come back here again and also recommend to my friends.

Perfect location, very clean, Giulio was welcoming, shared his addresses, experiences… perfect host. Breakfast was great. We felt we were in a private place, but with all the attentions we like on vacation. We will go back.

The owner recently renovated the place, and it’s clear a lot of heart went into it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the modern touches you’d want, yet they still hold onto that charming farm style. The furniture, carefully chosen from all over Sicily, adds a really tasteful touch. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the whole property is surrounded by beautiful lemon and olive trees. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel more like a friend than a guest. Breakfast is a real treat, with delicious goods from local, award-winning bakers and grocers. The homemade lemon cake, baked fresh every morning, is something special. You can really feel the owner's passion for sustainability throughout your stay—everything from sourcing local food to thoughtfully restoring old furniture to fit today’s standards reflects that vision. The owner took the time to show us around, sharing the rich history of the property and the area. They were also proud to explain how their restoration project was recognized as one of the top 20 by the EU, and you can easily see why with the care and attention to detail in every corner of the property.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The highlight was the beautiful terrace surrounded by lush greenery. The fresh and delicious breakfast was a great start to the day. My room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with attention to even the smallest details. The common areas were beautifully decorated, featuring antique furniture and charming decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner was extremely kind and shared fascinating stories about the history and local attractions worth visiting.

The only downside was the proximity to the street, which occasionally brought some noise from passing cars.

Was not easy to find first time, maybe a sign on the gates would help.
