Waterscape Resort by Tufan

Looking back, everything was great. The unit had everything needed, including some starter things (like paper towels, garbage bags, shower gel) that were mostly enough for a few days, some even for a week. Location is farther from the beach on the ground floor. A key from patio door is also in the unit, so you may exit from the patio, which is very convenient. The unit is clean and well decorated. We stayed in the complex before, so expectations are met. We got all the needed details on door codes and location on time.

The Keurig coffee maker didn't work, leaking water. Usually, the rental units in this complex include beach service, but this unit doesn't have it, which is not a big deal, but you need to carry beach chairs and umbrella from the unit. The beach chairs could've been better for the price considering that they are pretty unexpensive.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a family vacation. Tufan was very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. Tufan was also prompt to view the property after leaving and release the deposit. I highly recommend staying in Ft. Walton over Destin on your next vacation to Florida. It is so peaceful and family oriented. If you need to go to Destin for any reasons it is literally down the road. Tufan is very professional and will quickly respond to any questions you have. We are highly satisfied with our stay and service.

My husband and I didn't have any complaints.

Very nice room, but I did think the price was a little high. We booked at last minute, but my daughter booked a room on the 2nd floor by the pool for a week that has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath for a little more than we paid for three days. She used a different booking company.

Pools were amazing and the location to the beach and restaurants!

That all elevators do not go to the first floor after the lobby is closed. It only makes sense for the elevator that accesses the lobby would do that. Not every single one.
