Beautiful property with well-maintained grounds and excellent amenities such as multiple pools and waterslides. The rooms are spacious and have balconies overlooking the ocean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

Disappointing amenities and issues with noise levels or other guests. Late check in time.

It was so comfortable, all the amenities were great and was exactly what they said they were. The complex was so much more than expected. Will definitely recommend and will be back.

How crowded it was and how difficult it was to get a chair at the pool and beach

The room was spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Everything was provided that we needed in the room and made it feel homey. There was plenty to do at the resort. Several different pools provided great entertainment for the kids.

There was a binder with restaurants provided. Several of them had closed. There was a magnet for a pizza place on the fridge that also closed. Would be helpful to have a list of restaurants that deliver. We also were unaware that the food stand on the property closed at 5. It could also be explained more clearly that the beach chairs and umbrellas were free to use except the ones with a green and white stripe. We thought we had to pay for them and use the ones in the closet if we wanted to not rent chairs. There were too many remotes and decorative beach items. The activities on the first floor should be posted on each floor. We didn’t figure out there was anything going on until a few days into our trip.
