Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, a nagyszoba ablaka a főtérre néz. Stílusos a berendezés, mely egyben a kényelmet is szolgálja. Az adventi időszakban a kiegészítők (karácsonyfa, kiegészítők) a hangulathoz is hozzájárultak.

A lakásba történő feljutás kicsit furcsa, nem túl bizalomkeltő (étterem hátsó udvara, ételszag, lepusztult lépcsőház), de ezt azonnal kompenzálja az apartman minősége.
