It’s affordable and in the center of the city. The connectivity from the property is good. The breakfast is yummy as well.

Lovely large room with fridge, coffee and thea next to supermarked.

Due to Easter ceremonies it was Esther boost at times.

Das es eine gute Lage hatte und alles Inklusive wie einen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant gerade unterhalb des Hotels. Der Ausblick war Top, uns gefiel eigentlich alles und würden die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen natürlich an alle.

No soap or shampoo , No proper arrangements for meals , no hot water, Breakfast was absolutely hopeless 😡

I am sorry to mention this while i am also a hotelier I recently(October2024) visited your location and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I appreciated the convenient location and overall ambiance, I was deeply disappointed by the cleanliness and service I received. Unfortunately, I found a dead fly in my breakfast, which raised serious concerns about food safety. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they showed little to no concern and did not offer an apology. Despite the incident, all meals were still charged on our bill. When I inquired further about food safety, the staff member I spoke to was rude, treating me as though I was being unreasonable. Their attitude made me feel as though I was intruding or questioning them unfairly, which was disheartening as a paying customer. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as cleanliness and customer service are essential for a positive dining experience. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your time.
