Fantastic property, great host.

The house was cozy, nothing fancy but clean. The location is serene and quiet witha lovely frontyard. The parking space was good and the food was overpriced but tasty.

The caretaker had an attitude. For four days we heard, "it's not what we do but okay I will do it for you". Our booking was valid from 3 PM but due to traffic we reached at 10 pm and when we asked for a cup of tea, we were told that they don't cook at night but I will do it for you. We asked for bedsheet change, infact asked for the bedsheet so that we can change that ourselves, we were told a strict NO. The caretaker said bedsheet change is only once in 2-3 days. There was no broom for us to clean ourselves but when asked the caretaker said "I will do it for you but it's not my job". In that case, how are we supposed to keep the space clean. Give us the tools then. The owner asked for full payment at 11 pm at night along with 5k security money. While I am not against security charges, but the same was not communicated to us at the time of booking. It was a charge asked from us when we reached the property.

Location is quite and peaceful. Service is quite good.

Food is a bit expensive.

It was kept super clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly with all of us. We felt so at home in this Property. The views are extraordinary

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home in Dehradun! From the moment we made our reservation, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. A special thanks to Himangshu, who made the booking process seamless and ensured we had everything we needed even before we arrived. The villa itself was beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable — a perfect blend of luxury and homely charm. The food deserves a special mention — Chef Sanjay treated us to delicious, home-style meals that made our stay even more memorable. Every dish was made with such love and attention to detail. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Rahman. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always had a warm smile on his face. His dedication and hospitality made a big difference to our overall experience. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and great value for money. One small suggestion for the owners — it would be helpful to have safes installed in the rooms for added convenience. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
