The room as it was cozy and them allowing me to have my cat with me.

Not having too much use for the jacuzzi as it didn't work properly.

It was close to main areas (the concert venue, shopping, Lake Michigan and dining). It was directly off the turnpike. The gentleman working breakfast was extremely nice and I just wanted to give him a shout out! As well as the front desk attendant on our arrival day - after 10 hour drive and an hour time change, we arrived early but she got us right in to a room!

The bed was not comfortable. The toilet did not want to refill unless you jiggled the handle several times. The key cards just randomly demagnetized, even sitting by the tv so we had to run back to the lobby to have them activated again.

We stayed at this location because someone we knew was having their graduation party here so the location was just about the only thing I liked.

Almost everything. The entire place was rundown and nowhere near what I expected for the $210 I spent for one night. The room smelled like mildew, the bathroom was falling apart (hinges were completely rusted, floor was coming up, the toilet was clogged and too low, there was literally plaster dust on the floor and what looked like a bloodstain; I didn’t even take a shower because I didn’t want to get in it), there were two inch long metal bars sticking out from under the bed at shin height, the comforter was stained, and the air conditioner didn’t work right and sounded like it was going to die, keeping up all night.

Asked for a new shampoo and conditioner bottle and never got one.

Everyone was so helpful and very nice
