Bathroom was a little dirty

I rented the room for family to come into town put it in my name paid for the bill just had them as the guest when they got into their room it was dirty they didn't clean someone's dirty underwear was still hanging from the bathroom The water was brown they couldn't get any sleep because people were running up and down the halls screaming for help bringing on the doors as well as people were banging on the doors saying let me in was foul language My family didn't complain because they thought I had to because it was me the one of paying for it plus it made them feel uncomfortable when I complained they told me that my family had to complain the day they stayed they didn't ask for their room to be switched because upon arrival why they were waiting to check in they heard the other employees talking about how people's rooms needed to be switched because of a bed bug outbreak I brought that to their attention as well and all they cared about was why didn't my family complain to them while they were there even though I explained to them they didn't feel comfortable with it because of the situation so upon me doing it it just turned into disagreements and now I feel horrible for my family having to experience something like that and me being out of money when I could have put them somewhere else at the end of the day it doesn't matter who stayed if they felt uncomfortable with the whole experience and maybe they don't like confrontation and that's why they came to me because they were under the impression I had to say something because the card was in my name .

Staff were great!

Filthy and poorly managed by Wyndham! And all management related! No one has checked this place for cleanliness for years. Look at smoke detectors, and light bulbs ! covered with dirt

Staff was amazing!! Very Kind caring and welcoming!! The only reason we didnt leave immediately!

Management clearly is failing here!! Systemic upkeep, outdated everything, and build up dirty fixtures, smoke detectors, paint, lights dirty. Just filthy from years of light cleaning. Does not have any deep cleaning here. Towel shortage too! There is a reason why this is so cheap and it is overpriced for what you get! Pool was freezing !! Could not use as it was the purpose of our stay! Had a mirror poorly secured on wall my toddler grandbaby had fall on them and we got billed for it! Will not be back to this place, and most likely will not be at any of their hotels anywhere. This is a clear lack of management issue !! Deeply systemic! Stuff had been left uncheck or prioritized for years!

The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The staff was helpful regarding an issue with key cards.

The only issue we had was repetitive problems with the key slot on our room door; we had to get 3 different key cards; 2 cards when we checked in, exchanged them for 2 new keys, only 1 worked; when we came back after a day of sightseeing, that key didn't work either so it was another set, again only 1 worked.

The staff were friendly. I liked the conjoined rooms concept.

The water pressure was terrible. The toilets ran constantly and had issues flushing. Elevator flooring was worn and peeling. Coffee cup bottoms fell out, spilling hot coffee all over me.
