Great location, loved the outdoor area where we could cook breakfast and eat it outside. The aircon worked great and the bed was comfy.

The kitchen is very outdated and felt a bit grubby. The walk in robe could also do with some TLC, but the space was good. The apartment as a whole was generally clean, but it could definitely do with a deep clean. It is quite noisy in that you can hear people upstairs and coming in and out of the building.

The apartment is located in an excellent location, within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable and air-conditioned. There is a large and beautiful terrace. The host was very kind and helpful, met me after a long trip at the airport. Everything was great, thanks

Super nice place close to the center. The host was super helpful and everything went super well. We recommend!

The apartment has a clean bedroom and living room/foyer. It has a beautifully renovated bathroom that was clean and well stocked. It is roomy with a nice courtyard and patio kitchen. Loud noises from surrounding neighbors were regular day and night which comes with city life.

Sewage issues caused an unpleasant odor from the drain and toilet that affected the entire apartment. Host was responsive about the bathroom smell and did his best to assuage it, but was not able to get rid of it. Kitchens indoor and outdoor were nice but were not very clean. Indoor kitchen is small, outdated with a musty smell but a nice sized clean sink. Patio kitchen was very dusty and had a filthy sink. So we cooked on the outdoor stove and washed veggies/dishes indoor. “Off street free parking” exists but is nearly impossible anywhere in this area because of how congested it is. Beware of street scammers everywhere who will charge you for a parking spot.

The owner is incredibly helpful, giving us a nice overview of Palermo. The apartment is very nice and modernized except for the kitchen, but it has everything you would need. The garden area is very nice to enjoy some breakfast or wine in the evenings. The apartment is just outside the historic center of Palermo, so in a short walk you can begin exploring! Lot's of cafe's and markets around. The owner helped us get a parkin space which was also very nice!

Parking can be difficult but if you search for a little bit you will find a place.

Giacomo was super friendly host. Location almost in city centre. Parking in Palermo is nightmare, but Giacomo organised free parking in front of apartment. Thank you! Clean and cosy apartment with it private small garden was even better than city :)

The accomodation was wonderful, there is everything what you need. Beautiful apartment with the patio. Nice managers. Definitely recommended

The air conditioner isn't in good place towards the bed. And the area is dirty, but this is a problem of a lot places in Sicily , not сonnected to the apartment
