"I did not end up staying because they did not ensure I received the check in info."

Nothing.

I did not receive any information or got called to confirm the booking or check if I was indeeed coming. This meant that when I arrived there was no one there to actually receive me and check me in or give me the check in info. I had to go to another hotel and now they won't refund me because I "did not read my messages", when I shared with them screenshots that I did not receive their messages they still say I am in the wrong.
