The whole house is bad ,dirty ,bed undone and bins full of trash ,used towels

It was great for what we needed. Good for short term stay

We were kept awake until 1am by doors slamming, stomping up and down the stairs every 10 minutes

People ho leave on the house I stay only Max 2 hours and I left because I can’t sleep sorry but it’s be very bad experience

that it was close to the airport and the check out was at 11 am

It was extremely small (i did not expect that from the photos), we could not go into the garden, it was pretty dirty - the rug, the nightstand, the floor, the walls.

Bed was quite ok

I sent two e-mails about our late arrival, but did not get any answers. Check in information did not arrive early enough, I only found out there is nobody to meet us when we arrived there. Check in info should have arrived on the day of our arrival at the latest at 3 pm as an SMS, but the SMS never arrived. I was very worried since our flight was delayed, it was almost midnight, when we arrived and even the taxy driver was not sure if it was the right house, the street was dark and empty and we did not have any info how to get in. I had to call the host many times from my Estonian number which was an extra cost for me. The host was patient on the phone and gave us the code to enter the house, so we finally got the internet and the check in info on WhatsApp. The room was really small, much smaller than it seems on the photos, but the bed was ok and we slept well. The kitchen and bathroom are also small but clean. It was close enough from Luton airport and taxi cost us 23 pounds.

It was adequate for my needs. Very close to the airport. Nice shower unit. Price was good. Clean.

No TV, which is okay actually, but might have been nice. The biggest problem with the room which really needs attention is hooks. There are no hooks anywhere. Towels are supposed to magically suspend themselves in midair. I found the lack of hooks disturbing. Just one. I could hang a towel there or maybe hang my wash bag up which has a hook in it. Please reconsider your anti-hook policy.

I will never recommend this so-called guest house.I was surprised to see the room quite different from the advert . Small little room with dirty towels. The room has no TV, no tea or coffee even in the kitchen.. . No shower soap or even hands washing soap. Overall I would say it's highly overpriced.

Just close to the city centre
