The value for the price is great. Painless check-in and check-out procedure. You get very detailed instructions no how you can do everything by yourself. But there is some helpful staff if you need them. The location was great, right next to the beach, and there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The bus terminal is nearby, and also plenty of public buses pass by there. The room was clean and comfortable. The partial ocean view was not even that partial.
The only thing I can think of is the 4pm check-in. But they do offer luggage storage and an early check-in option, too, so no big deal.

Location was great. Nice view, room is clean.
Value was really poor. May be it was Chuseuk weekend but the prices for the standard of the room and rates of the city are astronomical. Overall ok, but the value curve is poor.

Wunderbare Meersicht und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Hatte ein Oceanview Zimmer. Grosszügiges Parking und die Lokalität neben dem Riesenrad ist einfach zu finden. Der Strand (auch zum Surfen) liegt direkt vor dem Gebäude. Diverse Restaurants und kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte neben der Lokalität. Freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal.
