Apartamentul este foarte curat și drăguț. Foarte bine dotat pentru ce am avut noi nevoie. Parcarea nu este în fața blocului, fiind doar parcare rezidențială. Se poate parca pe bulevardul Tei, pe Alea Doamna Tei sau in parcarea din parc.

Blocul este in renovare și miroase oribil pe casa scării și în lift. Afară e plin de gunoaie.

"Nu as închiria așa ceva."

Un bloc vechi unde mirosea a Irina pe scara. Este în reabilitare exterioara dar înăuntru arată foarte tău scara de bloc și liftul.

Baia era veche, foarte mica și deteriorata gresia și mobilierul. Nu avea uscător de par, nu avea fier de călcat, era dezolant. Ușa era ruptă.
