Clean and neat

Attention to detail - no spare toilet roll, toilet seat loose, sliding door does not lock, no dish towel.

The studio was clean and modern bathroom was small.The gates outside for security was noisy day night neighbour above me was noisy for the last couple of days. The location was okay been better with more information some restaurants and shops at the bottom 15 to 20 minutes walk to the waterfront in town. There is a big hill to walk up to the apartment, had to wait nearly an hour for the keys to be delivered by Uber never seen the host

Location is excellent. Easy to access off main road. Close to restaurants and shops. On site safe parking. Security access. Great facilities in the kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and coffee machine. Very clean. Lots of towels. WiFi, Smart TV. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Communication from Host very good. Swimming pool and outside area.

The room doesn't have air-conditioner and so we had to leave the sliding door open. Was a warm weekend. This was very noisy as the unit is close to the gate. The gate is noisy and very busy. Shower is very small. Couldn't find coffee pods for that make of machine.

There was no breakfast self catering. I liked the fact that the kitchen was well equipped. Neatness was 100 percent. Security was perfect with a security guard 24 hrs. We felt safe and secured in the place.

The fact that we had to wait soo long for the keys to be delivered by an uber guy made us to feel the welcome was not good. We had to communicate by WhatsApp with the host we never met her. Welcome of guests should improve and communication should improve.
