"Poor"

View, luxury apartment.

No hot water for 3 days . The entire Easter weekend we were playing with the taps because of low water pressure and no hot water. Terrible, after we paid R14 400.00 for 3 nights. And totally silence with regard to refund a portion of payment to compensate us.. Bad , bad, bad. Very disappointing. Limp wristed service.
