Old Town Central Apartment

The location is very good👏🙂 The apartment was clean.

We couldn't contact the host right away. Upon arrival, we had to wait about an hour for them to send us information on where to pick up the keys. (Usually, hosts send information the day before) The kitchen lacked kitchen utensils, a kitchen towel, there was no microwave, there was no hot water in the kitchen. These are all just little things. But little things make us happy. Missing duvet cover and pillowcases 😟 I wrote to the host, but he ignored my request.

Flexible online check-in. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and centrally located. I recommend it.

The location of the apartment is really great and we could not have found better place. It is obvious that the place has been renovated and is very comfortable. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. Check in was great as well as the communication with the owner. The size of the rooms were more than great.

The view. Although it has been renovated, it seemed a bit run down and not 100% clean. The shower door still needs to be fixed. We were there in December and it was a bit cold at night, especially in the kitchen side of the apartment. I did not manage to get hot water in the kitchen.

Location is very good, same as smooth check in. The apartment was clean too.

When you rent an apartment you expect basic things to be included, sadly we haven't had bed linen for all four of us, only bed was prepared, but sheets, duvet covers for sofa we're missing. We had no option but sleeping on a sofa without bed linen. When we contacted host, they tried to help and the next day bed sheets were delivered, still no duvet covers, so again we had to use a duvet without a cover, which is not the best option for rented apartment. This made our overall experience rather disappointing.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-decorated. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the city center. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was decent.

The light in the bedroom/living room didn’t work at all, leaving us sitting in the dark every evening. The shower door was broken, constantly coming unhinged and nearly falling on us. Even when we managed to put it back, it wouldn’t close properly, leaving a gap that caused water to flood the bathroom floor and make it dangerously slippery. We reported these issues to the host when he came to collect payment (cash only, no receipt), who promised to send someone to fix them, but no one ever came, and we were never contacted about it again. Based on other reviews, it seems the shower door has been a problem for months, if not longer. On top of that, we arrived to find only a few pumps of watered-down hand soap in the bathroom, with no replacement provided, so we had to purchase our own. The kitchen was also lacking in basic equipment, with no microwave and limited tools for cooking. Basic essentials like oil and seasonings were also missing. These issues were frustrating, especially since they could have been easily addressed, but it seems the host doesn’t prioritize attention to detail.
