MXMe he hospedado en este hotel más de 10 veces y en general siempre ha sido una muy buena experiencia. La atención por parte del personal, especialmente las recepcionistas del turno de la mañana, suele ser muy amable, atenta y cordial, por lo que normalmente me siento muy cómodo hospedándome aquí. Sin embargo, únicamente en mi última visita ocurrió una situación incómoda en recepción. En ocasiones anteriores nunca se nos había solicitado que ambos nos registráramos ni que mi acompañante descendiera del automóvil para hacerlo, pero esta vez se manejó de una manera poco amable y además hubo demora para abrir la reja del estacionamiento. Entendemos que pueden existir cambios en políticas o protocolos, pero sería bueno que se informaran con claridad y que el trato al cliente se mantenga cordial en todo momento. Fuera de eso, mi experiencia en el hotel siempre había sido positiva.

USUSEach visit was top tier. The rooms, the restaurant, the gym and facilities... parking... security, the helpful staff... our trip was made difficult because my best vehicle broke down before the trip. We hsd to use my van, which, while comfortable, it had limited air conditioning. I was blown away by how quickly we were made comfortable and how much we were made to feel very welcome. The value is a great incentive, and we were not disappointed in anything. The in-house restaurant is absolutely amazing. The breakfast was perfect. I can't mention enough how impressed I was at the staff's attentiveness. That alone is worth gold. Thank you, Noite.
USIncredibly clean. Customer service is amazing. The restaurant food was very artistic and exceptional. Security is top priority. I will love to stay here again and again. We have two stays already, looking for many more. Noite is a treasure.
