Residenza Villa Degli Ochi

The accomodation has a quiet location, the house looks as advertised and both these things are definitively great advantages of this property. Great views from appartment windows into the surrounding landscape.

The whole appartment needs reconstruction. The bathroom seems to be from the 1970s, without any subsequent improvements, the shower was leaky and the water accumulated in the bathroom and occasionally in the nearby corridor. The lights are limited, particularly in the main bedroom, there is not enough of light when it is dark outside. The number and location of electric plugs are also problematic. Kitchen is pootly equipped, at least some additional knives should be supplemented.

The view on Toscani is second to none! Outdoor is breathtaking. The host provided all, from espresso coffee to brand new toothbrush.

I didn’t like that I didn’t stay longer.

Fantastic location! Beautiful villa with interesting history. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the place was super clean.
