Arty Luxury Barn Apartment

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par la proprietaire qui a pris le temps de nous faire visiter et nous donner beaucoup d'explications sur les activités à faire lors de notre séjour. L'endroit est tout a fait magnifique de même que le cottage.

A slice of paradise. Beautifully presented with quirky old world touches. Loved the tranquillity of the property. Sue and Babe were wonderful hosts. The bed was one of the most comfortable and luxurious I have slept in. Would stay again when in the area.

We loved the accommodation! The apartment is really quirky and the grounds are out of this world! Sue was a fantastic host and was happy to help and advise. The location was excellent for exploring.

The host Sue was incredible. She was easy to contact and made recommendations to us while we stayed in Queenstown. The property itself was amazing. It had deers, ducks, possums and bunnies. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath tub. Parking was provided and the property was situated near Bob's Cove (very nice walk). Sue also provided us with fruit to feed the deer while we were there.

We loved our two night stay at this spacious, stylish apartment on large, beautiful grounds. We were able to relax totally, do laundry, barbecue our evening meals and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, well away from the hectic buzz of Queenstown. Suzanne, the host, was super helpful and gave us excellent advice on hikes, one right on the property with a magnificent view over the lake, the other a stunning drive past Glenarchy. The whole area was glorious. Highly recommended.

The bed was a little soft for one our backs, but nothing to complain about.

In all our travels, we've never experienced such a place. Spacious grounds and gardens with mountain views. Wonderful architecture & quirky decor. Really good kitchen facilities with a great outdoor BBQ area, as well as a hilltop viewing bench for sundowners watched by the deer in the paddock And Sue's a delightful hostess who can answer any questions It's 12kms out of Queenstown just before Bob's Cove

Very artsy apartment in an old barn, very individual with a lot of personal touches. It was a nice break from the cookie cutter apartments you usually get. Very tranquil location, just a 10 minute car ride from Queenstown and on the road to Glenorchy. There were a lot of deer around and a short walk to great views. The owner is on the property and very helpful with a lot of good advice if desired.
