The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. We requested housekeeping three separate times, but the room was still not cleaned. There was hair and dust throughout the room, which made it feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was quite disappointing and negatively impacted our experience.

Beds were not cleaned. Gun pipe not working in washroom. Room was not cleaned and dusty. Went there looking at the Google reviews but utterly disappointed. Would never recommend this to anyone. Don't fall into trap looking at the Google reviews. They didn't even provide water bottles or hot water kettle or even shower gel. Worst stay, we need to purchase everything. And the worst part is the arrogant guy at reception
