The location

It was absolutely vile, filthy, uncomfortable, no Internet which meant the smart TV didn't work as there wasn't an ariel in the living room. Washer moldy and rusted. Coffee machine was RANCID. I ended up getting a refund which was handled by the staff member brilliantly. The pictures are NOT how you arrive to this property. Its located in what must be a council block of flats. I honestly can't use the words i want to, to describe it. If you've booked id cancel. The whole place needs renovating. My photos are screenshots from videos hence the quality.

The beds were comfortable.

The noise pollution from the neighbours. The intense smell of damp. The dirty broken furniture. Chairs in the kitchen needed replacing and the corner chair in the sitting area was collapsing. There was also a medication bottle (full) under the tv cabinet which was a health and safety issue.

Everything it was ideal for what we needed

I like that every thing we need is there, comfortable and cosy place.

We wish if the double bed was in the small room (living room) and the big sofa is in the bedroom, so we can have some privacy, children room and adults room. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay. Nice and polite staff, and lovely neighbourhood.

Nothing room was dirty, door wasn't easy to lock or unlock no fire escape

Everything wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I was late responding to messages until day of checking in but there was no agro from manament company and were quick to provide access info as soon as deposit details were given. The deposit was also quickly returned within hours of checkout.

Wasn’t clear on advert about a deposit but not an issue and makes sense really.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect distance from the beach.

Location

Kept windows open overnight and had a load of mosquitos come in, was difficult to sleep, and 2 of us had hands and arms covered in mosquito bites in the morning!! Bathroom door didnt lock Fridge had no shelves.

Location was very good

Michelle. Very very rude person. Place was very grubby. Bathroom had hairs left from last person. Spiders squashed into wall??? Kitchen chairs covered in stains. Dirty microwave. Sharing a hallway with permanent residents. Hall carpet had never seen a hoover. Noisy residents blaring music.

Self catering but kitchen was well equipped

Mirror fell off wall in bathroom… could have hurt someone ..bathroom door hinges very loose . Door could not be closed . And toilet roll holder inadequate needs replacing
