Good Vibes beach apartment

L' appartamento era molto bello, arredato con gusto e la cucina era super attrezzata. Molto pulito e a 5 minuti dal mare. La posizione per noi era ottima e sotto casa c'è anche un supermercato sufficientemente grande. I proprietari gentili, premurosi e molto disponibili anche per consigli di vario genere. Super consigliato.

Bliskość do plaży i stacji kolejki miejskiej - w obu przypadkach 5 min spaceru. Market na dole w tym samym budynku. Szybki internet. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. W miarę możliwości spełniają każdą prośbę swoich gości.

Chociaż apartament jest po remoncie to budynek ma swoje lata.

The host is a very nice person. We were welcomed at the front door. Everything related to the apartment was explained to us. The apartment itself is fully equipped. Its localization is perfect, near to the sea, fast way to get to the subtrain station. The shop market is inside the buliding, so there is no need to go far away to buy sth to eat. In a few minutes on foot there are restaurants with tasty food.

Die Größe, die Lage, die Gastgeber :-) Die beiden waren zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar und haben auf alle Anfragen sofort reagiert und sich toll gekümmert. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und ein Geschenk für unseren kleinen zum ersten Geburtstag gab es sogar auch!! Die Lage ist spitze: Strand ums Eck, Supermarkt und Cafés vorm bzw. im Haus. Metromare nach Rom rein wenige Meter entfernt. Ein, denken wir, authentisches Ostia Erlebnis🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Ludovica and Ricardo’s apartment! They were also easy to communicate with and the apartment is well equipped and very family-friendly! The location was very convenient - walking distance to the beach and restaurants and with a lovely grocery store downstairs if you want to on your own meals. Highly recommend and would book again! A spacious and clean apartment. The sea is nearby, and shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The host is simply amazing❤️ We really appreciated her organization and attitude 🥰 Next time, if we choose to vacation in this city, we will stay in this apartment again. Highly recommend.

Excellent location : 2 minutes walk to metro, 3 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket on the ground floor, artisanal bakery at 1 minute walk. The appartment is large enough for a family of 4, fully equiped and nicely decorated. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull during the whole stay. There is also plenty of documentation available about what to visit in Rome and Ostia, selection of restaurants, pizzerias and take aways as well as maps of metro and Rome.

Great location: 5 minutes walk to railway station Stella Polare and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Supermarket Conad located in the same building what is very comfotable. Helpful hosts in constant contact. New equipment in the apartment with 3 big beds. Very comfortable and discreet terrace. I strongly recommend staying in this apartment. Great place if you want to visit Roma (the trip to Colosseo takes no more than 40 minutes) but also relax in the summer breeze on the beach.
