This property is incredible. It’s the cleanest holiday home we have stayed in by far. Everything was spotless. When we arrived the host had left us a welcome pack, which was exceptional, a basket of treats, milk,eggs, bacon, bread and juice! The beds were so comfortable and the open fire at night time was fantastic! The washing machine wasn’t working after one wash and I spoke to the owner directly and within 30mins he had a new one purchased and plumbed in. He couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. The kitchen in this property is exceptional. Everything is well stocked with the best of quality items. The cooker also has 5 rings, and I think it’s a hotplate and a double oven. The grounds of the home are fantastic for our animals and the electric gates make it feel more secure. We had the pleasure of meeting the Pygmy goats as soon as we arrived. They had hopped over the fence. This definitely felt like a home from home and like I said previously the cleanest, well kept holiday home we’ve ever used. We will definitely be back!!

Home from home, comfortable, spacious - exceeded expectations. Welcome pack included bread, eggs and bacon - in addition to usual coffee tea etc - amazing. Location rural but ideal for touring area.

We stayed here for Christmas with our two kids and our dog, and we all absolutely loved the house and its peaceful surroundings. There's loads of space, the house is absolutely spotless, warm and super cosy, with very comfy beds. Great communication from the owners, who obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making this a really lovely place to stay - there didn't seem to be anything they hadn't thought of. Great Christmas decorations and lots of lovely treats waiting for us, which were very much appreciated! We could relax as soon as we arrived, which is exactly what you want... We will definitely stay here again.

First impressions WOW, last impressions, still a WOW. Bin Mountain is very, very rural which offers great tranquility and a getaway from lifes hustle and bustle. Located surrounded by a maze of narrow lanes and country roads which suggests own transport is a must. There is no corner shop at the end of the road, so on arrival having a welcome pack from the host was greatly appreciated. Communication from the host was excellent both prior to visit and on arrival giving a real sense of assurance that any issues would be addressed asap, but this was not necessary as every conceivable need was provided for. The information packs offered advice and step by step guide on all appliances, even one offering a "How to..." in using the electric iron. Wow! The property is adequately spacious and even at full capacity of 8 would probably still feel everyone had their own space in sharing the reception rooms. Bedrooms are all of good size and the whole property offers a sense of high quality with furnishings and fixtures. The inside space is complimented by the equally spacious outdoor areas allowing for safe child play. Two final considerations are the inclusivity of family pets which is a 10/10, and accessibility for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility giving access to the property via the ramp at back door which is an excellent feature. The property may not be totally designed for all disabilities as there are no grab rails or shower chairs, but otherwise was manageable for our stay. Finally in answering the question posed from a popular tv B&B programme, "would you stay here again?" It has to be an emphatic "Yes".

Difficult to find any fault although a long handled brush may be useful and unfortunately we could not find the Hot tub and jacuzzi even though not advertised. lol

The house is amazing, plenty of indoor & outdoor space and equipped with everything you could think of.
