The hotel is on a high land so keep in mind that you need a car , walking is a little bit difficult, Wonderful hotel with magnificent view of the lake, friendly staff especially Renim she welcomed us so much and speaks Arabic, also Canan is kind and eager to help us all the time, we booked two standard rooms and the hotel upgraded one of them to a premium room, Thank you so much Cabir Hotel,

We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel via the hotel, each assistant give us a different price, also, when the driver picked us up, he didn’t wait for us at the gate inside the airport, we were looking for him outside the airport! Also, his driving was so fast and uncomfortable, the car was small whereas other companies are huge and comfortable! We asked for a driver for a tour in Sapanca for one day, they said the maximum time is 5:30 p.m. for 150$ and we started the journey 11:30! Also, the driver only speaks Turkish and we are tourists, it’s supposed that they have a driver who speaks English even a little! The first place we visited in Sapanca was Sopeli, he didn’t wait for us at the entrance, instead he was walking with us

I like the breakfast buffet I like outside the hotel garden I dislike that the heater temperature degree was toooo much over despite the weather out side was modest 22- 23c, when we request to make it off or at least lowerthe heater but the response was open the window !!, & insects came inside the rooms . It was very upset stay especially with bad smell in toilets. Rooms and finding dirty toilet on chekin in one of the rooms
