Wygodne łóżka, ciepłe kołdry, ekspres do kawy, naczynia, łatwość wejścia do mieszkania , szafy, kosmetyki do mycia, blisko do autobusów , dobre oświetlenie mieszkania, blisko do 2 sklepów

Kłopotliwy brodzik z którego wypływa woda na łazienkę( brak mopa do wytarcia) ,brak kieliszków, szklanek(trzeba było kupić)brak szczotki i szufelki, ciut daleko od centrum
